For businesses · Moulds and production parts

Need a fibreglass part made and can't find anyone to make it?

The old supplier closed. Parts from overseas take months and every batch is different. Or a one-off now needs to be made in numbers. We make it, and we make it the same every time.

Clear price in writing before we start. Nothing goes ahead without your OK.

Sound familiar?

  • Nobody local will touch a small or medium run
  • Your supplier has closed, retired or stopped answering
  • Overseas parts take months, and no two batches match
  • Steel or aluminium parts that rust or weigh too much
  • A one-off that now needs to be repeatable
  • Nobody can tell you who has the mould

What it costs you

A part you can't get holds up everything that waits on it. Parts that change batch to batch get reworked or rejected. And if you don't control the mould, you don't control your supply.

Production stops

Your job waits on one part you can't get.

Quality wanders

Every batch is a bit different, and the rework comes out of your margin.

You're locked in

Someone else holds the mould, so they set the price and the dates.

How we do it

  1. We work the part out with you: from a drawing, a sample, a broken old part or a sketch.

  2. We build the plug and the mould, with CNC machining and 3D printing where it helps.

  3. We make the parts: standard FRP where strength and cost matter, or lightweight (resin infusion, foam core, carbon) where weight matters.

  4. Every part comes off the same mould to the same standard, so run ten is the same as run one.

Straight answers

What size runs do you do?

One-offs through to ongoing production runs. Tell us what you need and how often.

Standard or lightweight?

Standard FRP is strong and cost-effective. Lightweight builds use resin infusion, foam cores or carbon to save weight. We'll tell you which suits the part.

Who owns the mould?

We agree that in writing before we start.

How long does it take?

We'll give you a date for the mould and first part, then a date for each run after that.

  • 3. Bring it around. We take a proper look and give you a firm price in writing. Nothing goes ahead without your OK.

We're not the cheapest on the coast, and we don't try to be. We do it properly and stand behind it for 12 months.
