Crack in your van's skin? Get it sealed before the rain finds it.
A ding from a branch, a cracked panel, a lifted window seal. On a caravan, small damage to the outside lets water get to everything inside.

Sound familiar?
- A crack, dent or hole in the outer skin
- A window or hatch seal that's lifted or perished
- Bubbles or soft spots in the wall
- A water stain inside, or a damp smell that won't go
What it really means
Caravans and motorhomes are built light: a thin skin over a timber or foam frame. Once water gets through the skin, it runs down inside the walls and sits there. By the time you see a stain inside, the damage is usually well past the spot you can see.
The frame rots
Water sits in the walls and rots the timber frame and floor where you can't see it.
The skin lets go
Wet walls delaminate: the outer skin comes away from the frame and bubbles.
The van gets written off
Left long enough, the repair costs more than the van is worth.
How we fix it
We find where the water got in and follow where it went.
We open it up and replace any rotten framing or wet foam.
The skin is repaired in fibreglass and sealed properly, including the seals around it.
Painted to match, so the repair doesn't stand out.
Why people bring it to us
"Very knowledgeable and approachable. He fit me in at fairly short notice and was flexible when the job expanded. The craftsmanship was excellent."
Straight answers
How much will it cost?
Caravans are charged by the hour plus materials, because no two are built the same. We look at it first and give you a written price before any work starts.
Can you match the colour and decals?
We paint to match. Decals depend on what's still available, and we'll tell you up front.
Do you do insurance repairs?
Yes. We do insurance repairs and can work with your insurer.
Do you just do boats?
No. We fix caravans and motorhomes in the same workshop, with the same fibreglass skills.
